Eating Habits

Fresh Vegetables are always delicious and pretty. Look at the photo above. Bright colors are a sign of healthy and happy.

Let’s start by discussing onions first.

Did you know onions have vitamin C which assists immunity?  They contain a great amount of biotin. The chromium in onions aid in keeping your blood sugar on target. Onions are well known to heal infections and decrease inflammation. There are different types of onions and all have some kind of health benefits. They also have different textures, colors, and flavors.

If you are trying to go healthy why not add colorful peppers to your food. Peppers are known to have vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B6. There are other benefits as well, those are just a few.

Mushrooms contain Vitamin D and iron.  So if you are not getting enough sun or your blood is low just remember the benefits these bring.

Celery carries the following vitamins K, C,   B6, folate, and potassium. So they are not just a pretty color of green and crunchy, but the health benefits are amazing.

So I combine all these healthy products and made a stir fry meal for dinner.
