Girl you are amazing. So treat yourself as so. A lot of times you want a special type of flavor that is just over all healthy. Where can I find it, you ask yourself most of the time. Well for me, I just find recipes similar to what I am looking for and tweak them. Just like I did this one. I found an amazing peach frozen yogurt recipe on Pinterest and added an orange to it. I am a health freak most of you all are aware of. So let me share the recipe.
Food Processor (must have) it does wonders.
I combined Frozen peaches and an orange in the processor together. I half the orange and cut it away from the rind. I added 1 tbsp of agave nectar, 1 tbsp of honey, 1tsp of lemon juice, and 1/4 almond breeze coconut milk. After processing the mixture it was put into a ziplock bag and frozen for 4 hours. After 4 hours I put it back into the food processor and add plain low fat yogurt and mixed again. The mixture was put into the freezer for another 3 or four hours. After it froze I placed it in the orange half bowl.
