Raspberry Beet Smoothie

I wanted a smoothie so bad this morning. I was thinking of some things I had bought from the grocery store to mix together so I would be full for a long time and at the same time get in veggies. This bright red smoothie came about.

Beets minerals are potassium, manganese, and vitamin B.  These minerals are good for muscle, kidneys, liver, nerves, bones, and the pancreas.

Raspberries minerals are manganese, vitamin c, vitamin e, vitamin k, biotin, folate, potassium, and omega- 3 fatty acids.

Raspberry Beet Smoothie Recipe:

*organic raspberries

*Water Melon

*Turmeric

*fresh beets

*no sugar pineapple juice

*agave

*crush ice
