Steps To Eating Healthy Snacks!

A Life Change can be difficult for most and extremely easy for some. So just do a little at a time if you are having that problem. I did not have that problem because I am a go getter and a self motivater. It is nothing wrong with needing a life coach or a consultant to help you along the way. I love to assist clients in their journey. That is why I am a health and wellness consultant. I would like you to know that you have to want to do it for yourself and love yourself in order to achieve your goal. I went from 180 pds to 135 pds in 5 months doing it the right way. That is eating right, exercise, taking care of my needs which are a lot of other things I will discuss at a later time.  


Coconut is a very good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It is a great foundation for losing weight. The Laurie Acid in coconut is so amazing because it is known to do amazing things. Amazing things like destroy viruses, bacterias, and fungus. For everyone who has thyroid issues did you know coconut increases thyroid function which makes it possible for the  metabolism to increase. You all know when it comes to the thyroid I am about it.  That is just a few things coconut assists with.


Pumpkin seeds are one of the best because it helps with sleeping, depression, decrease LDL cholesterol, and reduces inflammation.  Minerals and vitamins are present such as, vitamin K, copper, iron, vitamin B, vitamin E, magnesium, and manganese.


Sunflower Seeds are not only delicious, but they are also a great source of fiber. The Vitamin E and folate in the seeds promotes cardiovascular health. The phytosterols properties promotes cholesterol levels. Magnesium does a lot for body functions that is vital to survival. The functions of the immunity, cardiovascular, heart, respiratory, muscle, and skeleton systems depends on magnesium for proper functions. It has an antioxidant that decreases swelling and redness in the body. Selenium is the antioxidant, and it also is great for  thyroid hormone metabolism issues.  The magnesium in pumpkin seeds helps keep every one in a healthy mood. 


Dates have a sweetener that is good for baking and eating for snacks. The vitamins and minerals are vitamin A & K, folate, calcium, iron, potassium, niacin, sodium, magnesium, riboflavin, thiamin, and phosphorus.  Dates are good for constipation, heart problems, diarrhea, sexual dysfunctions, anemia, skin, hair, and intestinal disorders.

The next two items have great benefits as well. All of these items are great ways to start your journey.
