This morning I was in the cleaning mood. I wanted my house to smell like baking was going on. Somewhat like Fall since it is my favorite time of the year. I bought green apples yesterday and decided I would use them this morning. I washed them off and cut them into thin slices on my cutting board. A cutting board is a great kitchen item to have. I will tell you why in another blog post. I then cut up some dough I purchased at Walmart in the cookie/egg fridge. I place the dough on a baking sheet and place the apples on top. Here's a picture.
Next vegan butter on top of the green apples along with sugar sprinkle on top.
Then they were placed in the oven on 400 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.
After coming out the oven I let them cool while making some apricot sauce to glaze them.
Whoa! The glaze was made by apricot jam in a pot with water. Boil and stir until melted. Then I Glazed the breakfast dessert. Coco Cream was delicious with this pie. Coco Cream is a Substitute for whip cream.
